Who is a Fluorider?

A “Fluorider” is any child who efficiently brushes their teeth with an age-appropriate amount of fluoride toothpaste while dancing to the Fluoriders song. No auditions, no Competition, no pressure

If you brush with the beat of the Happy Teeth Song, you’re a Fluorider.

And now, it’s your turn to join.

Move 1

L for LOVE Brushing

Make an L-shape with your hand.
Pretend your finger is a toothbrush and move it in small circles around your mouth.

Move 2

V- for Very Important

This is a V-shape.
Point to your smile — that’s what Fluoriders are all about!

Move 3

LOVE Sign

Make the LOVE sign with two fingers and keep moving.
That’s the Fluoriders finish — you did it!

Then… start brushing!

Once the dance is done, grab your toothbrush and brush along with the song.

How to Join & Share

Brush & Dance

Play the Fluoriders song and brush along.
Follow the moves or make up your own — there’s no wrong way.

Capture the Moment (optional)

Take a short video or photo while brushing and dancing.

Share the Smile
