If you’re trying to renew your membership in order to register for the Cape Town Congress at the early bird rate, don’t despair!

Please submit your email using the form below, and once your renewal is processed after July 14, we will send you a special registration code to ensure you receive the member early bird rate.

You may still submit your abstract and award applications directly on the Congress website https://iapd2025.org/ during the maintenance period.

Once the system is restored, please proceed with your membership renewal – we will verify membership status at the time of assessment.

Thank you for your interest in joining the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry! While new member registration is paused, we encourage you to fill out the interest form below. We’ll contact you as soon as registration reopens after 14 July.

Early Bird Eligibility for New Members: If you submit your interest before 30 June 2025, you will still qualify for the early bird Congress rate – simply complete your membership signup within three days of receiving our follow-up email after 11 July, and we’ll send you a code to register for the Congress at the discounted rate.

Routine maintenance activities for existing Fellows may be completed any time through the end of 2025. Please return after 11 July to continue.

New 2025 Fellows:
Access to the dedicated Fellows Area will be available once the system is restored. Please note, your first round of maintenance activities will only be due in December 2026.
