The International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD) develops consensus recommendations and foundational articles to advance child oral health globally.
Each document is based on the best available scientific evidence and reflects international expert collaboration to ensure relevance across diverse healthcare systems and regions.
These recommendations are intended to:

- Guide policymakers in strengthening national oral health strategies

Available Languages
Many IAPD Consensus Recommendations are available in multiple languages to support national implementation and accessibility worldwide. Language versions are available within each individual topic page. Additional translations will be added as they become available.
Scientific Integrity & Support
The IAPD Consensus Recommendations are developed independently by the IAPD Science Committee.
The development process is supported by an unrestricted educational grant from Colgate-Palmolive. IAPD retains full scientific independence in the creation, review, and publication of all content.
Adoption & Translation
IAPD National-Member Societies and partner organisations may translate or adapt these recommendations for local use, provided that content integrity is maintained and appropriate attribution to IAPD is included.
