Fluoriders “Happy Teeth Song” Participation & Video Submission Guidelines

The Fluoriders initiative invites children around the world to take part in a joyful brushing dance using the “Fluorider’s Happy Teeth Song”. The activity is designed to be fun, simple, and inclusive, encouraging positive brushing habits through music and movement.

Children are the primary focus of this initiative, with the support of parents, paediatric dentists, and dental teams.

1. Who Can Participate

Primary participants

  • Children, individually or in small groups
    (with adult supervision)
  • Parents or caregivers participating with children
  • Paediatric dentists and dental teams
  • Clinics or National-Member Society groups supporting children’s participation

2. Dance & Content Guidance

  • Participants are encouraged to follow the official Fluoriders dance moves, as shown in the example dance video provided by IAPD
  • Exact replication is not required
  • Natural movement, smiles, and enjoyment are encouraged

The goal is a shared global movement, not a perfect performance.
